Refund Policy

We offer free returns on all orders. You have up to 30 days to return an item(s) for refund and up to 90 days to exchange an item(s) for a new item(s) or store credit of equal value. Damaged, soiled or otherwise non-saleable returned merchandise will NOT be  honored for refund, exchange or credit. 

Requests for returns should be e-mailed to us at info@baseballarmoryclothing.com.

Your request should include: Your name and original shipping address, the product or products you purchased, the date of your purchase, the reason for the return, if you want a refund (up to 30 days from date of order), an exchange or store credit. If you want to return the product(s) for an exchange please list the product(s) you want us to ship you for exchange for equal value.

Upon receipt of your request for return we will email you a prepaid shipping label for return of the merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


For an exchange of equal value we will ship the merchandise to the original shipping address without you incurring any shipping charges.
For store credit of equal value we will email you an gift card to be used in future purchases.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
